The honest version. We collect almost nothing, and we won't pretend to be something we're not.

No ads. No third-party analytics. No cross-site tracking. Nothing sold or shared. And the app never sends email or messages — not to you, not to your invitees. When you invite people, you send the links, from your own phone, through your own Messages or Mail.
When you sign in with Apple we store the identifier Apple gives us and the display name you choose. We never receive or store your email address or your Apple password — we ask Apple only for your name.
We also store the events you create: their titles, any description and location you add, the times you propose, and the names you type for the people you're inviting — plus their answers and any notes they leave you. If you turn on notifications, we store a device token so we can notify you. Nobody else.
You got a link that belongs to you. Tap it, mark which times work, and optionally leave a note for the planner. No account, no password, no email, no phone number, and nothing to type — not even your name. The name shown to you is the one the planner wrote down when they invited you.
Your answers go to the planner who invited you and nobody else. The other people invited cannot see your answers, your note, or even whether you've replied — with one exception, below.
After the planner locks in a final time, they can choose to show a guest list on the event page: the first names of the people who said yes to that time. It is off unless the planner turns it on, it never appears while answers are still being collected, and it never shows anyone's notes, anyone's other answers, or how anyone voted on times that weren't chosen. If you'd rather not appear on it, tell the planner — they control it.
Everything about an event auto-deletes about 30 days after its last proposed date. A planner can delete their account at any time from Settings, which erases all of their events and everyone's answers along with them, and disconnects the app from your Apple ID.
Your invite link is your identity. Each person gets their own, and it's long and random, so it can't be guessed. But anyone holding it can answer as you and change what you said — so treat it like a key and don't forward it. If you think someone else has your link, ask the planner to remove you and invite you again; that issues a fresh one and kills the old.
This is a tool for planning dinner with friends, not a secure system. Please don't use it for anything that needs real security.
On Cloudflare's infrastructure, which serves this site and stores the database. We don't run our own servers and we don't hand your data to anyone else.
SheduleIt isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Planners: delete any single event, or your whole account, from inside the app at any time. Invitees: you have no account to delete — ask the planner to remove you and everything you gave them goes with it. Either way, email us and a human will sort it out.
