SheduleIt helps one person find a time that works for a group. It's free, it's a personal project, and it's provided as-is. Downloading it from the App Store also puts you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to this page.
Be a decent person. Don't use SheduleIt to harass anyone, to impersonate anyone, or for anything illegal. Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't try to reach data that isn't yours.
When you invite someone, you type their name. Only add people you actually know and are actually inviting, keep it to a first name where you can, and don't put anything in a name, title, or note that you wouldn't want that person to read — they may well see it. You're responsible for what you type about other people.
Each invitee's link is personal and acts as their identity: whoever holds it can answer as that person. Don't forward one, and don't use someone else's. If a link goes astray, the planner can remove that person and re-add them, which issues a new link and kills the old one.
SheduleIt is for planning dinner with friends. It is not secure infrastructure, it carries no uptime guarantee, and events are deleted automatically about 30 days after their last proposed date. Don't use it for anything that needs real security or that you can't afford to lose.
What you type stays yours; you give us only the permission needed to store it and show it to the people you're planning with. Delete an event, or your whole account, from inside the app at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that's being used to harm someone or to abuse the service.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from using it — including a plan that fell through, a notification that didn't arrive, or data that was deleted on schedule.
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app means the new version applies.
